Learn More About Permanent Jewelry
What is Permanent Jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a seamless bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring that’s custom-fitted to you and welded directly on — no clasps, no fuss, no taking it off. It’s jewelry you live in. Think of it as a modern take on friendship bracelets, forever pieces, or just a fun way to celebrate a moment that matters.
Each piece is thoughtfully selected, sized perfectly, and sparked into place. Whether you’re commemorating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, permanent jewelry is a meaningful, low-maintenance way to carry a memory with you, every day.
Why Choose Permanent Jewelry?
✨ It’s Custom to You: Every piece is tailored to your perfect fit — no more slipping bracelets or tangled clasps.
✨ It’s Made to Last: Crafted from high-quality 14k gold filled and sterling silver, these chains are durable enough to live life with you.
✨ It’s Meaningful: Celebrate friendships, milestones, love, or simply yourself with jewelry that’s as permanent as your memories.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it hurt?
Not at all! The process is quick and painless. The spark happens on the chain, and there’s a protective leather patch between your skin and the welding tool. You won’t feel a thing.
What if I need to remove it?
Life happens! You can easily snip your chain with scissors at the jump ring. Save your chain and your receipt and I can reattach it for a small fee when you’re ready.
What if I need to remove my jewelry for medical reasons, surgery, or an MRI?
No problem at all! Your health always comes first.
If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for medical procedures like an MRI or surgery, it’s totally okay. It’s best to carefully cut the chain at the original weld site (that’s where the jump ring is) to preserve the fit for future reattachment.
✨ Save your chain and your receipt!
I’m happy to reweld your original piece when you’re cleared — just bring both with you and I’ll add a new jump ring and re-spark your chain.
What if my chain breaks?
If your chain breaks at the weld site, I offer one complimentary reweld within the first 30 days.
✨ Important: I am not responsible for breaks caused by snags, pulls, or general wear and tear. Chains are delicate by design and should be worn with care.
If your chain breaks anywhere else (not at the weld), I may be able to repair it for a small fee if the chain is in good condition.
Will it tarnish?
I use high-quality 14k gold filled and sterling silver chains. They are water-resistant and designed to hold up beautifully, but like all fine jewelry, they’ll shine longest with a little love and care.
Can I wear it through security at the airport?
Yes! TSA doesn’t require jewelry to be removed, so you’re good to go.
Can I get one if I’m under 18?
Yes! We do not offer permanent jewelry under the age of 13, but were happy to make one with a clasp for that age group!
Chain Care Tips
Permanent jewelry is built to last, but it still deserves a little love!
Here’s how to keep your sparkle shining:
✨Avoid swimming in chlorine or saltwater regularly. Occasional wear is fine, but heavy exposure can weaken the chain and dull the finish over time.
✨If you’re playing contact sports or engaging in activities where your jewelry may snag, we recommend covering it with athletic tape for protection.
✨Clean gently with mild soap and water as needed, and dry with a soft cloth.
✨Use a jewelry polishing cloth occasionally to bring back extra shine.
✨Avoid direct exposure to harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
If Your Chain Comes Off
Save your chain and your receipt!
I can reattach it for you if it was cut at the original weld site.
Chains that break from snags, pulls, or general wear may not be repairable.
Ready to Spark Something Special?
Whether it’s a memory, a milestone, or a moment just for you — permanent jewelry is a forever kind of thing.
